You’ll need to be available for communication during the day, depending on the project scope.
Terms and Conditions:
No refunds on services – you are paying for a position on my calendar and this is time I can’t get back.
VIP Days must be used within 45 days of purchase.
Work assignment and logins must be handed over within 5 days of scheduled VIP day (calendar days, not business days).
You are paying for hourly work not output so please be clear with how you want that time to be used. While I am highly skilled, fast and efficient, things can take much longer due to tech issues, miscommunications, etc.
Please understand there are no absolute guarantees but I will work hard to be sure you are very happy with your results!
Hours billed include communication time including calls and emails.
