Hey, I'm Katy - Visibility Strategist, Public Speaker, Special-needs Mom, and Squirrel Herder...
And a kid at heart and I frequently imagine myself as a superhero, because in real life – I’m a single mom to two adult kiddos and the primary caregiver to my adult-disabled son. I love to get creative, read, be outside, get my hands dirty in the yard, and mess around with technology. More importantly, I love helping people. The best way I do that is by cutting through the chaos, creating an actionable plan, and implementing it – fast. (Herding those Squirrels!)
I’m also an entrepreneur, and to be honest, the journey I’ve had as a business owner has been running around, chasing squirrels, and trying to figure it all out by myself. When I started this business back in 2013, there weren’t a lot of people willing to share the secrets of how to start, build, and grow a business.
Scratching your head about the Squirrel Herder thing? It started as a joke, but it fit so well, I kept it. See, I’m guilty of collecting shiny objects, indulging in procrastination, and well…chasing squirrels. When I got tired of the stagnation in my business, I decided it was time to stop chasing and start herding all the craziness those squirrels created.
As I started to figure out all the intricacies, systems, and simplifications that helped run my business easier and faster, I decided I would share all those secrets and how to implement them. Then, took it a step further by creating and sharing toolkits with other entrepreneurs who want to make their business dreams happen faster.
I have an uncanny knack for teaching what I know and making it easy. No fluff, no frills, breaking it down to the simplest instructions, then handing you the tools so you can make it happen.
There’s this unwavering belief in my heart that if you want to build a thriving business to be home with your family, care for loved ones, or travel around, then you shouldn’t have to struggle like I did. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again – the world is waiting for your unique solution, give it to them!

I’m not here to teach a whole new way to run your business or market your business.
